We the People request that all Governors, Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police resist the ongoing felonies being committed by the Obama Administration.

We request that all Governors, Sheriff's and Chiefs of Police revoke the sworn police powers of the officers of all agencies engaged in the committing of felonies under color of authority.

While the courts maintain, so far, that the Government may choose not to enforce immigration laws, no Court can authorize or permit Federal Officers to commit felonies under color of authority.

Governors, Sheriffs, and Chiefs of Police are under no more obligation to provide manpower and resources to assist the Federal Officers than they are to provide manpower and resources to assist persons who distribute counterfeit bills. We request that the States revoke the peace officer powers of Federal Officers involved in Human Trafficking, and that they be told that they must immediately return the illegal aliens to their point of entry for deportation proceedings, and that further attempts to bring illegal aliens into the States, Counties, and Cities will result in arrests and prosecutions.

A waste of time and energy , 90% are in cahoots with Obama. Don’t believe that? Look how eagerly they accept the toys and money he gives them.

Too late.

The time to “request” sheriffs, chiefs of police, judges, governors, and other state and local officials to nullify criminal commands from Washington was January 23, 1973.

But nobody did it.

During the rescue movement, people were being arrested and punished for intervening to save babies’ lives, making themselves obstacles to the killing. People begged the Catholic bishops to remind the police that removing obstacles to the commission of a crime is to become an accomplice to that crime. No bishop did so. Instead, many bishops condemned those who were intervening.

Perhaps state and local officials will resist tyrannical acts from Washington when the system has broken down to such an extent that they are no longer receiving their god—their paychecks.
