I truly miss good booze!
I do, I do!

Poor fella'....but sounds like the cure - gluten free - liberates him from the pain and other symptoms.
--------------------->
Did not know this...thanks for the info!
-------------------------->
What Protein Drink do you recommend?
I crave sweets A LOT!

Now we're talking!
-------------------->
D'oh!
That should be gastroenterologist told me to stop DAIRY.
I guess daily dairy works, too!
------------------------->
D'oh, again.
That should be "I loved MILK with spaghetti!"
---------------------------------------->
I don't think so - lets ask MamaTexan!
But "keifer" did remind me that '24' is on tonight - starring Kiefer Sutherland!
*snicker* to your question!
lol
food but I havent seen any gluten free bread. where did you find it?
-------------------------> At Kroger we go to the gluten aisle (!) and find Schar gluten free, wheat free "Classic White Bread" and "Classic White Rolls" (no gluten, wheat, lactose), too.
My s-i-l says the new Randall's will be carrying a lot of gluten free foods - nothing like riding the wave!
We always toast the bread because it does taste kind of 'cardboardy' when not toasted.
It takes on kind of a bagel experience! Chex has a gluten free Rice Chex cereal...I've used Almond Milk with it. Sometimes something bothers me; sometimes not. So, my personal experiment is not finished.
YMMV!

I've read that it is better to eat the orange than drink the orange juice. I'm not sure why. Maybe the juice is more concentrated.
Maybe I accidentally ate gluten today!
Thanks for the info. As far as something bothering you some times and sometimes it doesn’t............ It is dose related. A small amount might not set off a reaction. It is confusing to say the least, a food diary might help you figure it out.
LOL!
Keifer is a fermented milk drink. You can get 'live' keifer grains, but I use the freeze dried ones I get online from accompany called yogourmet.
You just scald the milk, let it cool, add the keifer grains and let it sit for about 24 hours until it thickens.
I make a 2 quart batch and use a cup every morning in a fruit smoothie, so I only have to mess with making it about once a week.
Like other fermented products, you can reserve some to make the next batch, too.
So Keifer is just yogurt only more trouble than buying at the store! Right? :)
LOL! No it’s actually got more beneficial stuff for your digestion. I started out using yogurt for smoothies, but switching to keifer made a very noticeable difference....for me anyway.
I will check it out, thanks.
The orange has the pulp, which is fiber. Most people drink pulp-less OJ. Fiber helps control blood sugars.
I buy OJ that is from Florida only - not a mix from Brazil and other countries and I always get Lots of Pulp.
