Don't need it.

I already own a republic. I've named my two acres out in the desert The Wren Republic.

The wife and I have seceded.

Life is sweet in The Wren Republic!

I'd buy it, and do the following:

- Rename the town "Reaganville."
- Enact a land-value tax
- Opt out of Common-core and all state and federal education regulations
- Mandatory gun ownership

Wouldn’t it be cheaper to buy some land and create your own town?

Or a cheaper option would be to get your country home granted a township.
