Obama is only using it. Bush 2 was the one who signed it.

I feel deeply for these kids. I find many of the comments on this thread very callous (although I understand the frustration).

The kindest thing we could do is bus or fly them back IMMEDIATELY otherwise thousands more will try to make the trip and thousands more will be raped and murdered on the way.
