If instead of flying these immigrants all over the US, a handful of charters back to Tegucagalpa and Nicaragua would have already stopped 90% of the flow.

The money is there to fly them to Boston and to San Diego and back to Houston, so obviously the money is there to fly them back HOME where they belong. The only thing lacking is a President with a brain.
