It’s really a question of what allows God’s grace into the situation, and that is sometimes a complex issue.
Getting in bed with Democrat electioneering techniques should not be tolerated. That is a huge integrity killer. The issue is bigger than Thad who under certain circumstances might be forgiven: who’s going to make an effort to keep the GOP from doing that again?

Exactly. That is certainly a red line for me. Such actions need to be severely chastised, or else the conservative movement is done for; we will be constantly fighting off charges of "racism" from our "own" otherwise!
That's what these "unifiers" don't get. Or refuse to acknowledge. If this is tolerated, for the same of "unity" it's only going to be destructive in the long run.
