On NBC on Sunday, Meet the Press had a segment on Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett.
“Our Cynthia McFadden was granted unique access and spent a day behind the scenes with Valerie Jarrett at the White House,” host David Gregory said introducing the segment.
Strangely, inside her office is this photo with figures bowing before a picture of Jarrett.

Depending on the direction of the gesture, in ASL it can mean “I know nothing” or “you know nothing”
Then again, it’s the ASL letter “O”, so it could be some weird cultic gesture for “Obama”, which, tied with the woman’s blank zombie-like expression, might be appropriate.

Seriously weird.
I have seen a lot of “I Love Me” walls. Nothing like this. People will post anything from a high school diploma on up.
I am trying to think of a time I ever saW a portrait of the person behind the desk, let alone with worshiping figures in front of it.
I cannot think of anyone who had a picture of themselves, by themselves, in their office. Pictures with other people, lots of them.
