Blacks vote 96% Democrat. That by itself rules out any outreach to them. It is was and always will be a WASTE OF TIME MONEY AND ENERGY for conservatives to campaign to Blacks. The media knows this so they nag conservatives with racism charges to get them to waste TIME MONEY AND ENERGY CHASING VOTES THEY WILL never GET. The greed and dependency of Blacks IS the problem. They won't give these things up so they must be ignored.

And wht kind of conservative outreach is it, to tell them that conservatives are racist and are obstructing Obama’s agenda, the unspoken part of that was “I won’t”.

Don’t dump all blacks in one pile. There are many conservative blacks who have escaped the plantation and are staying out of it.
