If House Republicans do not act on immigration in the way Barack Obama wants soon, then the president will simply "borrow" Congress' legislative powers and unilaterally rule on the issue, bypassing Congress once again, Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., said Thursday.

He has no authority over anyone but the people that give it to him at that point..
Worry more about those that ‘give it to him’. Like the military.

So he expects America to simply stand by while 0bama breaks the Constitution, and stand there to watch while he gives away free money, services, medical care and such all in the name of producing more new Democrat Party voters?
This would be SUCH a transgression of legality that normal people (read - those who work and pay taxes) will rise up and it would be ugly.
Anytime a politician openly advocates for breaking the Constitution they should expect big trouble.
Ass clowns.

Bottom line - this clown isn’t even legally the president since he is guilty of fraudulent concealment (not even a US citizen fer cryin out loud), and “re-elected” by fraud. He ought to be frog-marched out of DC and left on a corner somewhere without his pen and his phone.

So would that be anything like “borrowing” money that’s not mine at the bank by robbing the bank at gunpoint because they refused to give me that money when I politely asked for it?

"Why shouldnt Obama borrow the power? The republicans will do nothing in response! I have no reason to believe they will take any action." Please read my post again. The opposition party did not take down Ceaușescu and his wife. The people did. And that is how the Obamas will be removed.

Yep, Ceaușescu and his wife were not removed from power by impeachment, or filing a Boehner lawsuit. The people took the law into their own hands.

I would call it a conspiracy to subvert the Constitution, with Durbin being a co-conspirator.

Well then the US House should be able to borrow executive power and nullify every single one of the Presidents directives.

The GOP is planning a major response, just as soon as their consultants figure out what approach would appear to be the least racist. Maybe next month, but it will be really strong. Yes, sarcasm.

Durbin should 'borrow' the phrase STFU.
In the meantime, why don't you go to the border and make yourself used by donating your 'gently used' skivvies.

OK...my mistake. I had Obama in mind. It’s very sad, to see how mediocre the vast majority of our higher education sectors have become, isn’t it?
