The Chris McDaniel campaign has identified multiple Mississippi counties in which enough improper ballots have been cast that a legal challenge to the outcome of the election is warranted.

True. But how do they prove the people in question voted for Cochran?
“...if there were enough people who voted in the Democratic primary who also voted in the run-off, yes, that would be grounds to throw out the result and order a new run-off election.”
***************************************************************
Yes, a new run-off where ONLY VOTERS WHO LEGITIMATELY VOTED IN THE JUNE 24TH RUNOFF COULD VOTE IN THE NEW RUN-OFF. That would head off a new round of GOPe/DemocRAT shenanigans/fraud. Hopefully, any challenge would be handled by an honest judge-—should such a creature exist in Mississippi.
But the election officials have no excuse. They knew the law, and from that voter roll sheet above, they knowingly allowed people who voted June 3 to vote again.
Isn't Hinds the county of which Cochrans sister in law is commish?
Just a coincidence...now move along.
You can best believe that in Hinds Co, seat of the late mayor Chokwe Lumumba, any fraud is deliberate. They don’t care who knows it, as long as they can get away with it. Like Hussein.
I can smell the powder and see the smoke.
Thanks for info. This is hard evidence that voter fraud occurred.
A detailed audit at all the records must be done, based on this initial
review.
That depends on the number of invalid votes vs. the margin of victory.
When public confidence in election results hangs in the balance, a judge should be circumspect about endorsing a result that is questionable, and could be resolved with a do-over.
This could get very interesting....fast.
I hope Haley Barbour is squealing like the pig he is.
Because Cochran has allies on the voting Commision, including
his sister.
If there are enough fraudulent votes that the election COULD have been swung, it should be thrown out. Obviously you can’t know who those votes were cast for, but that brings the whole election into question and it can not stand.
I don't think you would have to.
First you show a pattern of illegal votes. If that pattern is pervasive enough, the runoff election needs to be redone.
2.Logic would tell you that, comparing the results from 6/3 and 6/23, what the trend was in each county. That would show which way the Dem vote was leaning. Not exact proof, but reasonable inference. That Thud got so many more votes in the runoff than in the primary, in counties which specifically showed a large increase in Dem participation in the runoff, is a huge clue.
3.Ask the Dems who committed the illegal voting who they voted for, in exchange for immunity from prosecution. That would prove interesting.
In some states, voters don’t register by party. They just register, and they can choose party affiliation on the day of the election.
The voter roll lists all registered voters, not by party.
If they voted in the Democratic primary, you don’t let them vote. It’s in black and white in the poll book.
This is patently illegal!
We all know that this happened in spades -- look at that sheet.
Think
If a democrat voted in a republican run-off after voting democrat in the primary....wouldn’t most of their run-off votes be for Thad?
It makes no sense that a registered democrat would jump sides so much and vote tea party candidate.
