You may recall that just a couple of days ago, IRS commissioner John Koskinen declared that he didn’t know whether or not she had a Blackberry. That convenient obfuscation is no longer operative.
Let’s see what kind of accident Lois will come up with to explain the sudden disappearance or smashing of her Blackberry.
No hard drive crash could prevent the release of the email revealing Lois Lerner’s attempt to persecute Senator Chuck Grassley for receiving an invitation because it was sent from her Blackberry (hat tip: Ed Driscoll). This immediately raises the question of what other emails may have been routed through her Blackberry.

What kind of email set up was this biotch using anyway? Was it a .gov email on an isolated government server? How could it be 100% isolated though from outside servers when anybody from outside can send an email to anyone using that .gov address? In other words, they mean to tell me in the entire time Lerner was in office she NEVER sent or received an email from someone using Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, and the 10 billion other email addresses used everyday? If so then there would be records of those emails on Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, AOL etc etc plus who the F destroys hard drives unless they are trying to hide something?
Owebama still uses a blackberry too.
This was known in April, or earlier.

Yeah, but in an unfortunate nuclear accident, the blackberry servers worldwide simultaneously melted down.
.....refer to Lerner’s own cover story......
Oh, they'd get a warrant for that in the blink of an eye. It's prima facia evidence of wrongdoing if she's using a personal emial account to conduct government business.
In this case, however, the emails show that they come from her work account. So whether it's her device or the government's (and knowing the way the government works, it's almost certainly the latter), the email server is what would be looked at, not the device itself.
“Subpoena all emails from L. Lerner that were received by those people, or sent to her by those people.”
Or use the Justice Departments approach used to find the unnamed source for the Fox News reporter. Just subpoena all the emails of everyone Lerner ever sent an email or text to!
Jail anyone with administrator access to the Exchange server until they cough up the emails.
“Or they accidentally stuffed two invitations into the same envelope. Not everything need be a conspiracy. Theres enough real crimes these guys have committed that we dont need to invent new ones out of rampant speculation.”
The question here is who is the Demoncrat that traveled in the same circles and went on the trip that became the Lerner tipster?
This entire thing is just Kabuki theater. These idiots are required to back up all documents. Even if hard drives crash, the evidence is on the servers. And the servers are backed up, in case they try and claim the servers crashed. And now the EPA’s playing the same game. It’s pathetic.
This could be good.
Blackberry is a Canadian company. True, it has US offices but all email goes through the Canadian server structure.
didn’t barry contract the 0bamacare website to a canadian co?
I used to believe Blackberry had the most secure email system up until mine was hacked. The hack occurred when ‘Anonymous’ gained access to all of Stratfor’s members and emails. I received an email on my Blackberry from ‘Anonymous’ asking if I’d like to be one of the individuals who was sent stolen email files from Stratfor to peruse. I told them to go to hell and shortly there after that device never quite worked well again. Perhaps just a coincidence. After that, I lost faith that BB’s email was any more secure than the competition.
If traitors such as Manning, Snowden, and miscellaneous ‘Anonymous’ can gain access to ‘secure’ data systems, maybe the expertise of their like should be sought out to retrieve the IRS email. While their at it, why not release the drone coverage of the Benghazi battle as well.
I don’t know, probably in an IRS office somewhere. There are offsite backups as well, those need to be subpoenad:
Blackberry mail is more secure in transmission, between the server and the device. The servers themselves are no more secure than any other servers. If the hackers attack at that point, you’re vulnerability depends on how good your server admin was at anticipating vulnerabilities and blocking them off.
The IRS brownshirts are acrambling to destroy all traces of their criminal activities.
The `Gang that can’t shoot straight’ paid 600 million (?) to build an Affordable Care website, and screwed the pooch royally.
The truth will out here, it’s just a matter of time. Then comes frog-marching key aiders and abettors to the most lawless administration in American history.
She’ll claim that her dog ate it.
“Blackberry mail is more secure in transmission, between the server and the device.”
Gotcha. So a person sitting in a van in DC employing a Stingray wouldn’t gain access? Though I think a person would go insane having that info. Lol
Putting my money on the “I recycled my Blackberry” excuse.
Lois’ Blackberry is with OJ’s knife.
