On Monday, the White House memo used to justify drone attacks on U.S. citizens was released, and it appears to confirm the worst suspicions of its libertarian critics. The Obama administration had sought to keep the memo secret, and now we know why: Because there are no checks and balances; there are no classified courts. Indeed, the memo reveals that the president of the United States ordered the targeting killing of U.S. citizens overseas — in violation of their constitutional right to due process — sans any type of oversight outside of the executive.

Summer is just starting, perfect time to threaten a race war in cities across America. Look how Cochran incited blacks to get their votes, by saying the tea party is racist and opposes Obama. Any effort to oppose Obama this summer will be spun and spun to incite black violence. He’s got a free pass until his term is up. Then they will use the same approach with Hillary, that we are against her because she is a woman. That’s why I keep saying only Palin can defeat her. By the time the election rolls around no one will care about Hillary’s past, and they will make full use of the “It’s about time for a woman president.” mantra.
I’m not worried: As soon as the next Republican gets into the White House, the Dems will go ballistic over Obama’s Drone-Strike Memo’s — without ever mentioning his name, of course. This will all be fixed and the policy will be blamed on Obama’s Republican successor, like Nixon got blamed for Vietnam.
But for now we are living in a Camelot/Liberal Utopia where their guy is always good & righteous and all evil flows from Conservatism. (sarcasm)

Back in the 1990s we passed up the opportunity to get bin Laden because the Clinton Administration was concerned with due process and the legal basis to hold him. Clearly these individuals are colluding with the enemy and operating as enemy combatants with the goal to kill Americans. I’m not going to lose a lot of sleep over this one.

Black violence would be icing on the cake at this point to the democrat party - they have become the Elephant in the Room, no longer the slim work horse (donkey) of the middle class. The repudiation of Obama would be black violence and thus his place in history....
