How does any of that relate to Congress’ Inherent Contempt power and imprisonment of Lerner and/or Koskinen?

Lerner knows very well if she turns on the regime, she will be worse trouble with Holder’s gang. Even her family won’t be safe. I am sure she has already been made aware of this.
So she sits in congressional jail, and keeps her mouth shut. The MSM will accuse republicans of a witch hunt WITHOUT EVIDENCE. Not a good PR move.
