Cochran doesn’t deserve to win, even if he is the DOPE nominee. His tactics and strategy are fully Democrat and he is definitely liberal enough.

If he is the nominee, then conservatives need to look around for somewhere else to park their vote in November.

Actually 242K votes is exceptional for a run off. Primary turnout tends to be poor and runoffs even worse. McDaniel may have been better off with a lower turnout. Cochran's GOTV targeting Dems may be underhanded, but effective. In politics, playing to win unfortunately trumps principals.

Look at the Hinds County total in primary. Look at it now.... way more votes and almost ALL of the additional votes to Cochran.
