It blows my mind that the IRS is going to claim that there is no evidence of wrong doing because they could’t be bothered to look at the back up tape and they didnt keep the back up tape.
How about the IRS apply the same standards to themselves as they do to honest taxpayers, GUILTY until you prove otherwise.
