I looked up Chelsea’s speeches. She was paid $26,000/hour to talk on TV. I was astonished at how unpolished and amateur she was. It was painful to listen to. (Of course, what she said turned my stomach too, so that might be part of my reaction.)
It reminds me (from just one aspect) of an interview with Sigourney Weaver. Now, Weaver really does have talent and looks. The interviewer asked if the fact that her father was the president of CBS had anything to do with her getting her first big break in the movies. She snapped, “Absolutely not. It was pure talent, looks and hard work that won me that.” I’m sure she believes that. It always strikes me when somebody like Chelsea, who has nothing going for her beyond genetics gets the break of a lifetime.
Payola is payola. Just like books of her parents, the money has nothing to do with the product and everything to do with media conglomerate payoff routes.
MSNBC will accept anyone as long as they are left of Stalin and promote the leftist agenda.
