I just saw it on "on the issues" I'll see if there's a link. Actually, never heard of Kevin MCarthy until today and now I see he's from CA. gag me. I didn't realize that till just now. That prejudices me against him right there. I'll look for that link.

I find it kind of hard to read - this is just the link from on the issues - I’m still having difficulty figuring out exactly HOW they came to the “A” rating.
