16.52 The remaining chemical weapons from Saddam Hussein's regime are stored in two sealed bunkers, both located at the Al Muthanna Chemicals Weapons Complex, a large site in the western desert some 80km north west of Baghdad.
This was the principal manufacturing plant for both chemical agents and munitions during Saddam Husseins rule.
Thousands of tonnes of chemical weapons were produced, stored and deployed by the Saddam Hussein regime. Iraq used these weapons during the Iran - Iraq War (1980 to 1988) and against the Kurds in Halabja in 1988.

Impossible. Since I have yet to see the capture announced on the CommieNews network or pMSNBC, how would he have found out about it?
This was a quote from a US military official:
“The only people who would likely be harmed by these chemical materials would be the people who tried to use or move them.”

So the chemicals are still deadly, but only to the bad guys? LOL at the stupidity they expect us to believe!
The convoy of huge trucks sent to Syria six months before we invaded Iraq seen on satellite, and the 550 metric tons of yellowcake found in Iraq by Bush, and soldiers sat on it for three years in secret... and it was sold to a Canadian Company.
Yeah, the WMDs were there every one keeps saying weren’t, some found and sold...exactly what Cheney and Bush said was there for making uranium for nuclear weapons. AP and Canada Free Press reported it, but not other media outlets until recently.
Nobody on that list inspires any confidence...
The Isis will use them on Bahgdad—hope our embassy is gas proof.
Thanks for this. I noticed in the featured “grilling” of Dick Cheney by Megyn Kelly on Fox News that when she says he “got it wrong about Saddam having WMDs” Cheney doesn’t correct her and say that in fact Saddam did have WMDs. Why not?
After reading your links, and rooting around to refresh my memory, would have to say yes, yes and yes.
With a nod to WikiLeaks - it seems the left should be chanting Wilson Lied, but then - they would have to begin standing on principle, rather than just looking to bring down someone of the opposition, and we know they don’t do that...
If they did, they would be callling for 0’s head over his ever extenting stay in Afghanistan, and his miriad police actions, foreign and domestic : |
Thanks for the links and the prompt FRiend.

Is Tony Blair Correct About WMD in Iraq and Syria?
http://2paragraphs.com/2014/06/is-tony-blair-correct-about-wmd-in-iraq-and-syria/
First off, I would say professional diplomacy. But more importantly, Cheney is still obligated by law and his prior position as VP to maintain silence on issues that have not been fully declassified by the govt.
As an example, the above link to a CNN article in 2008 where the Pentagon had revealed that in 2005 Canada had purchased Iraq's uranium. I'm sure there's a reason why the US never before mentioned that the uranium had been located, it certainly could have put a partial end to the libtards claims that Hussein never had any uranium and it would immediately put an end to Jack Wilson's bogus claim that Hussein never purchased the uranium from Niger......
There is so much VP Cheney knows but unfortunately he's limited to what he can say and how he can say it.......
Regardles of what anyone else thinks, I felt VP Cheney handled the question very well and politely put Mrs. Kelly in her place without being confrontative or insulting....that is an art form.
that’s what i wonder
major contract eod in iraq from 2003 til 2005
He had weapons of mass destruction? Who knew?
