LOL. Remember, you're talking about the most evil and abusive agency of the feral government. Conscience? That's surgically removed once you've hired on.
Why are they “furious”?
Do they seriously not understand the problem that confronts them?
If Ed Snowden has her emails, this administration is about to be SOOOOO SCROOOOOOOD
>> Senator Ted Cruz @SenTedCruz 17m #IRS can’t even keep track of employee emails, but will propose new rules to limit YOUR free speech http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/federal_government/irs-to-propose-specific-limits-on-nonprofits-political-activities/2014/06/18/d362ecaa-f728-11e3-a606-946fd632f9f1_story.html #AbolishTheIRS<<
Seriously? Well thank you, Sen.Cruz. Thank you for going on Twitter to get justice for the American people.
Watergate was in fact trivial compared to anything Obama has done, and no one was killed, no one’s Constitutional rights taken violated.
Come on now. We all know the Feds have a data backup program like your grandfather's AOL account. /s
“GOP fury after report claims IRS ‘recycled’ Lerner hard drive”
The drive itself is irrelevant. This is an obvious FU from the Obamao admin to Congress. What will the GOP do with their “fury”? My guess is very little.
I saw a photo a couple of years ago of "Obama" standing at a tee box texting away on his personal BlackBerry.
You don't really think he plays all that golf, do you? Have you seen the videos of him bowling or throwing a baseball?
All these "rounds of golf" that get some on the right so exercised are when he conducts the business of his real job.
If he doesn't have the Order of Lenin already, there is no justice.
>> Conscience? That’s surgically removed once you’ve hired on.
Understood. Just between you and me, I was putting more faith in the reward money scheme, and not so much in the appeal to conscience. :-)
Issa is ALL TALK and ZERO ACTION. F-ing do something Darrell if you’re “so angry.”
But now we live in the era of gangster government, aided and abetted by a complicit gangster media.
Talk about a do-nothing congress!
I’d buy that bumper sticker.
It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve never seen it in such epic proportions. Who’d have thought that in this “age of information”, there would be so many low-information bubble brains knowing only what the government-controlled media wants them to know?
“I wonder if the IRS uses a service like Office365? Which is to wonder if the service provider could be subpoenaed?”
Nope. It is Exchange. The .PST file is saved on the hard drive, but is backed up daily and put out to a server. Which is also backed up daily.
All they need to do is pull her archived .pst files. Now if those are missing, there is a problem.
“Let me state the obvious: The Republicans need to get some knowledgeable IT people to help them question the IRS IT people about the IRS email systems. How hard is that?”
They would probably hire Romney’s people.
The democrats are going what republicans said in chorus that Nixon should have done early in the Watergate story....destroy all evidence.
Now, the difference as always is that no important part of the media will clamor for accountability. Instead, it will be crickets.
So, what does the GOP then do?
They can’t do anything. They don’t have the power to enforce. That belongs to the executive, and he won’t do it.
If the IRS truly got rid of evidence in a way that violated the Federal Records Act and ensured the FBI never got a crack at recovering files from an official claiming a Fifth Amendment protection against self-incrimination, this is proof their whole line about ‘losing’ e-mails in the targeting scandal was just one more attempted deception,” House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said in a statement>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Welcome to the United Fascist States of America.
It would have to be a lot of cash, as anyone standing against the PTB can expect a dramatically reduced life expectancy.
