This could set the stage for something very very big.

It seems that Colorado has a “State right” to allow pot sales, but Texas may not have a right to it’s own boarders.

This could get really interesting.

The time has come for texas to seal their own border. And when this racist administration gets their court injunction, he needs to stand tall and say “come and stop us”.
If they won’t follow the law, then we won’t either!!
Why should we be the law abiders while they break the law at will????

Well of course they have a right to their own boarders. But the Feds reserve the right to control the borders.

"It seems that Colorado has a “State right” to allow pot sales,..." "Holder's people" need their pot, EBT cards et al. What a racist pr*ck. When will this end? and how?

You have hit upon what I call the great irony. The only acceptable push back against the Federal Government by States is in the legalization of marijuana. It is still against Federal law, but the Fed chooses to ignore when states push back. There are literally thousands of laws to push back on, particularly gun law, health care, insurance, immigration, banking, education, EPA, drugs, etc etc, but the only one getting any traction at all...

The great irony, and maybe it isn’t so strange, maybe it’s on porpoise. Spelling on porpoise as well. Maybe it should be called the great distraction.
