Cornyn is not a republican if this statement is true. He, and all republicans, should be yelling at highest volume to secure our borders.

Mexico wants to dump its dark skinned people on the US. It’s the same country that published a comic book showing people how to cross the border illegally. Give them the money to build a gate, and they will leave the gate open.

The idea to fund Mexico is completely wrong. We should force Mexico to pay the cost of their illegals in our country welfare, medical care, etc. And all cost for our border efforcement efforts and costs of border security upgrades. That will get the Mexican government to stop the border nonsense and require their ex-pats to be repatriated.

U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, a Republican “lobbyist for the government of mexico” is more like it. As long as politicians like this chump keep getting elected into office, expect more of the same. The border needs to locked down, the BP needs to be allowed to do their jobs, and all of the politicians, from obama right on down the line need to stop pandering to mexico, and do their damn job. And that job is ENFORCING the existing immigration laws, and SECURING the border!

As unlikely as that will ever occur, the next best thing would be for the governors of the border states to do the job, and cut out the feds altogether, seeing as how the feds are as thoroughly corrupt as their mexican
counterparts. That scenario is just as unlikely, due most of the state governments being just as corrupt as the feds, like this jackass cornyn apparently is.

Mexico doesn’t want to secure the border you idiot (Coryn)!

Mexico should be receiving international sanctions for creating a refugee situation on its border.

Dear Senator Cornyn,
Here’s 3 arguments for your position

US Aid to an OPEC country is so necessary

US aid sent to Mexico will surely be monitored for fraud waste and abuse and not siphoned off into corruption and cartels

The cartels have a price - so maybe we can use taxpayer money to meet or beat it to get their coyotes to take those peasants south instead of north

as if

Mexico needs to have a wakeup call. Any competent President would call the Mexican leader into his office and explain to him that the US will either work with the Mexican Government to create economic progress and opportunity or will do everything in our power to destroy their economy. No middle ground.

The Mexicans need to allow US citizens and corporations to own land and businesses down there, no more nationalized industries like Oil and Gas Exploration.

If they don’t like it, then end NAFTA and place prohibitive tariffs on all their goods and services and impose a 35% withholding on ALL wire transfers from US to Mexico refundable if the sender demonstrates all US taxes have been paid AND they have a clean criminal record.

Stop all freebees! No jobs, no medical , no houses, no ability to drive, confiscate vehicles on the spot, no free education for the children, no anchor babies or children. It would take a concerted effort by local, state and federal government, then we wouldn't need a fence, wall or alligator filled moat. I know it will not happen, but there is no need for this invasion to continue. Oh, also send a huge bill to those countries from which they come. Impose full travel restrictions until paid or maybe a $10,000 dollar travel fee on American traveling to those countries until they do something about their problems. I know unrealistic.

What a load of crap. And if you give all this money to Mexico, how do you know they will use it to do that? Most likely, it would end up lining the pockets of drug cartel honchos. What a maroon!

U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, a Republican RINO from Texas,

I should add - Freaking thanks to all the dumb voters in Texas who re-elected this clown. He should have been thrown out in 2008 after voting for TARP.

I can’t imagine anything more liguini-spined, weak and pathetic that this idea. I still say the amoeba ought to the be the symbol of the GOP. The amoeba is colorless, sexless, amorphous and causes diarrhea. Is that not a perfect description of the GOP? No?
