I’m at a loss to understand how one branch of government tells another coequal branch of government, what they can and cannot do.
Unless that other branch is lead by John Boehner. As weak as he is pathetic!
There were not intended as co-equal branches. The Federalist papers clearly indicate Congress’ primacy, with the Judicial Branch the weakest.
