Where are the people actually crossing the border? Is it in and around the normal border crossings?
Or do they move up/down the border to more desolate/isolated spots to cross. It would seem like with
some estimated 60,000 coming in this year
that crossing areas could be determined and somthing done to block them. They would move to others
but at least some disruption to the flow might help slow this take over down.
