Why is it only white countries require diversity. Nobody ever complains that there are only 7 white people in the entire country of bangladesh, or on the entire continent of africa.

I'm convinced that there is, as you point out about the lack of complaints regarding “diversity” in Mozambique, Ghana, Japan, or any other non-caucasian nation. Well...maybe Israel, but that's a given.
