I beg to differ. I have heard Canadians and South Americans who get highly offended say U.S. citizens are, "Americans," but they aren't.

Shame on us, if we don't value our country. Maybe to you the world has no borders and we are all one country, but sadly there are real life consequences to your United Nations philosophy.
