I’m assuming you are referring to the size of the picture. If so you can control
the size by adding either a width or height paramature to the URL.

Actually, the "bandwidth" to download the picture is the same, regardless of the size of the picture. The browser resizes the image afterward.

Someone else suggested the "width" parameter. I use something like "width=50%" for portraits.
