The United States cannot surrender a state, even to someone who was not a tinpot, hollow threat like Vladimir Putin.

The Constitution provides for the common defense, not the partial abandonment.

The CONSTITUTION? Are you kidding? Where have you been, citizen?

Obama disobeys the Constitution every day, even as he talks about the importance of following "International Law." Well, at least we've got a Congress who keeps him in check. Oh wait. We don't.

Liberals don’t respect the Constitution. To them its a “living document” subject to revision.

Bammy is not bound by the Constitution...

Also he could just keep the part of Alaska that border British Colombia and give the rest to the Ruskies....

Alaska could go from being our biggest states to one of the smallest states...

“The Constitution provides for the common defense, not the partial abandonment.”

Aw, come on. The Constitution’s a LIVING document, subject to the whims of whomever makes, interprets, or enforces the law. We know because the Wise Latina has told us so.

The Constitution also provides for protection of the sovereign borders, but that hasn't been enforced for years.
