I finally realized my diet is working this weekend. When I put my knees together (while wearing shorts), I could see daylight between my thighs.

For me its spicy chicken sandwich with chips pop and a snickers bar.
Believe it or not I am losing weight.
That’s a winner, but I would save the snickers for about 4:30 in the afternoon.
Put it in the freezer ;)

If we had an honest media, GWB would have won his 2nd term by a landslide. That said, I didn’t agree with him 100% of the time and I certainly had issues with his progressive side, however with fair coverage the LIV’s would have loved him.
Mostly meat and veg, with limited amounts of carbs.
