OOPS! Sorry for the duplicate post.
(And, if he hadnt been killed, I suspect he would choose to not be on the panel, anyhow.)
As a 26-year retired veteran, I take great offense in this statement. Having served along side brave men and women of all races, I can tell you that the young black man who was killed looking for Bergdahl would have felt the same way as the panel regarding someone who deserted their unit. And there is no reason to believe that he would not have appeared on the panel if he were still alive.
As for the sarcastic comment by dontreadthis, poor attempt at sarcasm and inappropriate. I agree that this issue is not about race even though our incompetent president is black.
roger your first statement
and I will take your second one under advisement
however, please post a comment if and when this same issue is raised in the MSM in the near future
Yes. He had to crawl 500m in order to avoid the outpost’s FLIR system (IBAS) .
it’s a strategy that we , sadly , do not use often enough .
Under another Administration ; Archlight should be liberally deployed against any Taliban trust to seize power after we pull out . Just decimate them and call it good . That is the best demonstration of true American power and supremacy that has ever existed . We need it . No mercy , no quarter to our mortal enemies . Send them straight to Hell . In very small pieces .
I sure did not see any psycopaths.
God bless each one.
They made me proud to have them as soldiers.
They are our best and brightest.
They served with honor and distinction.
Not the traitor Birddog.
Too bad a drone didn’t take out this miserable SOB.
Walid Shoebat had on his site a story from a woman who is helping Syrian Christians escape that country. She was grieved that she was not able to spend more time talking to a jihadi who became interested in Christianity after seeing his fellow jihadi get blown up. He realized his jihadi friend had no genitals left after the blast and figured 72 virgins in Paradise is a pretty useless promise when you’ve got no genitals left to take with you to Paradise...
Seems like the very, very literal physical realities of life are what some of these people are able to understand...
(2) the black soldier who was killed isnt on the panel; dontreadthis was speaking specifically about the panel. (And, if he hadnt been killed, I suspect he would choose to not be on the panel, anyhow.)
That’s a disgusting statement. I’m a combat vet and I resent that.
Right on!
Infantry platoons have no time for racial issues. You do your job and trust to the men on your flanks.
We had some racial issues in Vietnam but they were resolved pretty fast.
Thanks!!!
It looks like a giant grey-black, with orange flashes, caterpillar crawling out of a hole and over the hills.
Then the pressure waves begin to hit...

Well said Milagro, and it's God's truth. I'm going to try to tie a couple of things together, because there has been something dreadful before us, not quite in focus, which has now become ghastly obvious.
Remember Elliot Roger? Basically, he hated people who had things he couldn't have, or were people he couldn't be like. Whether it was the ability to date a woman, or have a lot of material things, he hated them all, and he attacked them from the depths of that hatred. We are now witnessing Obama, and the creeps he associates with, do a real time, daily reenactment of the hatred that drove Elliot Roger.
These men who served with Bergdahl are intelligent, articulate, brave, and people admire them. The Obama crowd understands this, and they understand that they could never rise to the standards exhibited by these blessed men. Therefore, out of the natural blackness of their leftist hearts, they HATE them, and they want to DESTROY them. Each Obama Administration flunky should have an AKA: Elliot Roger. There's not a bit of difference.
See post #57.
Well said! Excellent points.
Evil detests all things good and decent.
(Please see my tagline).
It was great! Soldiers talking truth to power.
