However, if the 50% + 1 is the standard, based on the current 99%, the total votes cast are 306,305.
50% of that is 153,152.5
McDaniel has 151,842
McDaniel would need to pick up 1,311 to zero pick ups for the other 2 to avoid a run-off.
One parameter needs the ballots to recount.

The ballots were in that warehouse.
