Colonel David Hunt,a regular guest of the Howie Carr Show in Boston,is on with Howie right now.A caller told Howie and the Colonel that he was part of the search team that looked for this guy and that the Army forced them to sign an agreement stating they wouldn't say a word about it publicly.

A forced signature on an agreement is “signing under duress”, hence not enforceable as to the provisions of such an agreement. On the other hand, if they still have you by the short hairs, such as the military would have to make your life miserable, that legal escape clause might be of little consolation.

The fact that those oaths are breaking down is a bad sign. It means that they won’t respect other oaths like to the constitution when the time comes.

Hunt said on O’Reilly’s show tonight, that he took his cell phone when he went AWOL, called in the next day to inform his unit that he had deserted.
