Garner gets around in a wheelchair most of the time these days. He’s had a few small strokes, and his speech is slurred.

Back in 1980s I used see him at then LA Raider game he was gracious to autograph hounds yeah I saw him recently in one of tabloids

I’m not surprised at all about the wheelchair. I chringed sometimes watching him walk. Strokes, even little ones are not good.
