Because of his unsure and indecisive leadership in the field of foreign policy, questions are being raised on all sides, the writer declared, adding that the administration was plagued by a Hamlet-like psychosis which seems to paralyze it every time decisive action is required. Is the writer one of the many recent critics of Barack Obamas foreign policy? Actually, its Richard Nixon, writing in 1961 about President John F. Kennedy. JFK was an absolute disaster in foreign policy, worse than Obama and Carter, while they are all similar in incompetence, at least Obama and Carter didn't get us into the Vietnam War.

...but rather a sustained effort to engage with allies, isolate enemies, support free markets and democratic values and push these positive trends forward.Ok. "Engage with allies"....name one he hasn't thoroughly ticked off or caused to worry about whether we'll be there for them in a time of need.
"support free markets"....Huh?
"and democratic values"....voter ID harms only minorities?
He's done the opposite of "push these positive trends forward".

As far as I can tell, Obama has all but trashed this country's relationships with its allies. But he is doing a good job of bowing down to our enemies.

MAJOR contradiction with FDR 1941 State of the Union address!
“Freedom means the supremacy of human rights everywhere. Our support goes to those who struggle to gain those rights or keep them. Our strength is our unity of purpose. To that high concept there can be no end save victory.”
