President Barack Obama’s administration has quietly suggested it is willing to create a two-tier race-based legal system in Hawaii, where one set of taxes, spending and law enforcement will govern one race, and the second set of laws will govern every other race.

Two tiered law is something the eevil white man fought for decades, culminating in the bloodiest of this nation's wars, to eliminate. Is this what Jarrett meant about "paybacks"?
Enough bullshit. When people who claim to be another race get one set of rules and the rest get another, well, that's real racism. Turning tables, real or imagined, will not right past wrongs, it will only provide new reasons for conflict. That will not end well.
The very idea of a race war seems to find its greatest proponents in the highest places any more, not just sticking forks in dead actresses.

White people after all, were visiting and living here before the Chinese, Japanese, Filipinos, Micronesians, etc. The negro is definitely a very late transplant.
Lest we forget: Obama is a BIG BIG advocate of the late Dr Derrick Bell, a leading proponent of critical race theory, which among other racialist lunacy advocates differential legal standards and application of the law for blacks. Obama was videoed at a 1990 Harvard rally for Bell which was organized to protest the fact that Bell was threatening to resign over the lack of racial preference appointments at Harvard.
Bell was Obamas most assigned study assignment when he was an adjunct lecturer at the Univ. of Chicago. He has a long advocacy of this support for the theories of the racial industrial complex.

I haven’t been there since the 1980s, but my experience was that haoles were at the bottom of the heap.
Wiki has an article on “Kill Haole Day.” I always heard it as “Kill a Haole Day,” but whatever.

Yes, but now we’re not really dealing with Hawiians, but with the decendants of those Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Korean, etc., immigrants.

I agree, but then so did Bill Ayers. Obama had a privileged but unusual upbringing, with an absent Kenyan father and a mother who apparently was an activist of sorts, and was also apparently exposed to ideologues who probably helped shape his world view.

Actually the Constitution empowers the FedGov to ensure a particular type of government in each state:
Section. 4.
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.
This is why all the states have the same structure and none are, say, parliamentary.
