How about a reference as to what verses you have in mind.

At my age, I don't feel the slightest twinge of lust looking at a tasteful artistic representation of a woman's body.

I see 87 verses with the word naked.

You can look them up at:

http://www.biblegateway.com/keyword/?version=KJV&search=naked&searchtype=all&language1=en&spanbegin=1&spanend=73&startnumber=1

Nakedness is consistently associated with shame.

I see 147 verses containing the word image:

http://www.biblegateway.com/keyword/?version=KJV&search=image&searchtype=all&language1=en&spanbegin=1&spanend=73&startnumber=1

The images consistently referred to as being good or righteous are that of heaven, Christ, and God, or the various articles directed by God specifically for temple worship of ancient Israel, as far as I can quickly see. There could be others, I just made a quick visual sweep.

All other occurrences are consistently used in the sense of describing vanity and grave sin.

The Bible expressly commands us to not do as heathens and pagans do, i.e., to disregard what the Metropolitan Museum and the throngs of heathens tell us about what is acceptable and what is not.

Blessings on this Lord's Day.

Blessings to you. That said, I think you need to examine your own mind and soul.

The naked body is not a temptation for those who have risen above such.

Babies are naked, little children are naked, we are all naked when we bathe.

Not sure what is in your mind, but nakedness to me is not at all shameful.

It does however provoke feelings of guilt in the minds and souls of the guilty.

Please know, I am not accusing you of sin without admitting my own sin as well.

I have overcome the sin of lust...but it is always waiting just around the corner.

But there are many other sins still nipping at my heels.

We are all fighting our battles against sin and I in no way meant to imply that I am more sinless than you.

I am knee deep in my own battles.;-)

God bless you and keep up the good fight.
