Blessings to you. That said, I think you need to examine your own mind and soul.

The naked body is not a temptation for those who have risen above such.

Babies are naked, little children are naked, we are all naked when we bathe.

Not sure what is in your mind, but nakedness to me is not at all shameful.

It does however provoke feelings of guilt in the minds and souls of the guilty.

The naked body is not a temptation for those who have risen above such.

I quoted you over 100 Bible verses which support the Biblical concept of nakedness being associated with shame, thus being something the Christian should avoid, excepting in relations with one's own spouse or where necessary when caring for others. Can you quote one Bible verse that supports the opinion you stated above ?

Babies are naked, little children are naked, we are all naked when we bathe.

I found this quote from David Reagan that I think explains those obvious exceptions well:

"Certainly, in working with young children and in working with the sick and elderly, there are times when caretakers will see their nakedness and there is nothing wicked in this (though proper respect should be given and the eyes should be averted when possible). God also makes an exception for a husband and wife. In fact, this is part of the significance of them being made one flesh. However, to purposely uncover our bodies for others to see or to gaze upon the nakedness of others to satisfy our own prurient interest are both sins in the Bible."

Not sure what is in your mind, but nakedness to me is not at all shameful.

Of the 87 verses that contain the word naked, 7 also contain the word shame:

Exodus 32:25

And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:)

Isaiah 20:4

So shall the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptians prisoners, and the Ethiopians captives, young and old, naked and barefoot, even with their buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt.

Isaiah 47:3

Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen: I will take vengeance, and I will not meet thee as a man.

Micah 1:11

Pass ye away, thou inhabitant of Saphir, having thy shame naked: the inhabitant of Zaanan came not forth in the mourning of Bethezel; he shall receive of you his standing.

Nahum 3:5

Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts; and I will discover thy skirts upon thy face, and I will shew the nations thy nakedness, and the kingdoms thy shame.

Revelation 3:18

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Revelation 16:15

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Should not Christians let the Bible be the rule and guide in their life ?

Even though I may think or feel that there is nothing wrong with my viewing other people's nakedness, when my thoughts are contrary to Scripture, I need to conform my thoughts and feelings to what Scripture says, and let God's Word be the law for my life.

As it is written:

2 Timothy 3:16 "16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"

Psalm 40:8 "I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart."

Psalm 119

Hey

"33 Teach me, O Lord, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep thy law; yea, I shall observe it with my whole heart.
35 Make me to go in the path of thy commandments; for therein do I delight.
36 Incline my heart unto thy testimonies, and not to covetousness.
37 Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken thou me in thy way.
38 Stablish thy word unto thy servant, who is devoted to thy fear.
39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.
40 Behold, I have longed after thy precepts: quicken me in thy righteousness."

May we all hear God's Word and take it to heart.
