Ibrahim King, 36, was charged with assault just before 4 a.m. at the PATH 9th Street Station for allegedly slugging Elizabeth Meja. The womans friend, Steve Sala said, He looks at her for a very short moment and then he pulls his right fist back and lunges across the railing and punches her in the face. King tried to flee, but Sala chased him down and applied a choke hold on him. In the scuffle, Sala extracted one of Kings dreadlocks from his scalp.

That guy’s probably dumber than a sack of hammers. Hurting other people is the only thing he’s good at.
9th and 33rd is a big herion/crack area; Chelsea. Dumb crap goes on there. If your out clubbing there, its a good chance of trouble after 11:00 pm. That guys eyes got some drugs/booze behind them. On that platform for path, your a caged person. Take a cab; its worth the $20 to Hoboken.
You get locked up in NYC with that; for real.
This type of crime is what whipping was invented for. Jail time is counterproductive.
Is anyone waiting for obama to say, “This could have been my son”?
Not sure why, but that has me laughing. Takes a real man to punch a woman in the face, doesn’t it? And he wears curly braids?
I wish you could kill the guy but I really can’t imagine how you could even find him! I am so, so sorry. These creeps are brainless; their souls are dead.
You cannot tell me this cretan doesnot have a prior rap sheet to the floor, and they walk amongst us
Droopy pants, FB and Twitter are a cop’s best friends.
Don’t forget the sideways shooting grip — decreases accuracy and causes jams.
It's unchanged from 20+ yrs ago when I traveled between NYU and Hoboken. Can you believe the Gray's Papaya on the corner of 6th Ave and 8th St closed? What's the world coming to?
Black American youth are taught the their problems are caused by White people. Why wouldn’t a ute hit a random white person?
We already have them: They are called TREES.
Agreed, I feel your sentiments about Grey’s. I went NYU for biz school.
I won’t admit to my degree. Stern’s a top school. “Sense. Sense. Sense. Smoke. Smoke. Smoke. Yo, homes. Sense?”
Yeah, that’s Washington sq park, LOL. I went to a normal festival and the chambers brothers played “time”.
I lucked out with biz school. I played rugby for Columbia’s ( I did not go to Columbia as under grad) quasi alumni rugby club Old Blue. Some talent get paid, job or access to classes. I got 30 hours as non matriculated b student. My boss at JPM sponsored me in the E program fir Stern. If its was for the non matric time at Columbia business school I would not get in.
It was easier than undergrad, IMHO.
Met and still keep in touch with incredibly interesting people.
My brother went to Columbia undergrad (’81-’85) followed by a few years at Stern part-time while working for Chase in the late ‘80s. If the dates line up, you two may know each other—there’s maybe even a rugby connection.
