Actually, I hope the company loses and it costs them plenty of money in the process.
Any company that thinks they or their employees can unilaterally decide when and when not to call 911 on behalf of a customer, when the customer says they need it — NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!

Any company that thinks they or their employees can unilaterally decide when and when not to call 911 on behalf of a customer, when the customer says they need it NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!Pass a law for unconditional immunity for companies calling 911, and exempt them from any response fees, charges for treatment, etc. There are millions of reasons for a company to not automatically call 911 when requested by a customer, and almost every one comes from government.
