Running for president is a bit more serious than taking a piss. I know you were making light of the situation, but I’d be more concerned about a husband who didn’t care what his wife or family thought. Of course, I believe in traditional, Christian marriage where the man and wife are supposed to work together as a team and care about what is best for each other.

I have no problem with Bush 'considering' what his wife thinks... but he needs to keep that process private. When Bush announces his wife makes the call he comes across as a 'mama's boy' or a fool - we don't need that in the White House.

What if the United States had to stand up to China - and Bush's wife didn't want the stress? Maybe she's more into vacations and parties.

Bush's comment tells me he's not a serious man...
