Yep. “No later than the 3rd round because I was the co-SEC Defensive Player of the Year.” said Sam. Yeah, he thinks he is entitled.

The only thing I learned from this article is that Dan Wetzel is a leftist POS!

****There’s more of a chance of Sam trading in his boyfriend for Heidi Klum that being cut from the Lambs.****

It’s one thing for Fisher to use a throw-away pick (they had four 7th rounders). It’s another thing for him to keep him.

For Sam to make the team he’ll have to earn it. No amount of pressure will make Fisher give a roster spot to someone who didn’t.

Will it be Fisher’s call to make?

I bailed after they went anti-2A. It’s amazing how easily you can fill the time formerly wasted on the NFL.

There is probably a team that can use his pass rush ability, it’s just not the Rams.

If there is such a team, they play in Canada or in the Arena League..

What if his butt plug pops out and he squirts brown stuff all over his pants. Will they stop the game to decontaminate the field?

Most scouts panned him saying that he was average at best or flat out not very good.

I suppose any jokes about primates fornicating with pigskins would be considered racist, huh?

That’s it, exactly. The NFL is a business. They operate in a competitive market where there are LOTs of other options for people to spend their leisure time.

If this guy focuses on playing the game to his limit, and develops as a Hall of Fame player, people WILL watch and the NFL, sports broadcast networks and commercial sponsors will prosper from it.

However, if all he does is use his current celebrity as a platform to parade and champion his sexual orientation, people are going to find other things to do, and the NFL, and all of the entities that feed off of it, will lose viewers and therefore revenue.

Of course the ones who will be blamed (scapegoated) for such a thing will be the NFL viewers, their Neanderthal views and inability to adapt to ‘modern’ sensibilities.

We're in a new era here... Donald Sterling, disgusting as his racist words may be, is forever banned from the NBA and having his team ripped away from him and his wife for his uttering words that don't meet PC code while in what he thought was the privacy of his own home.

I suspect the NFL is putting tremendous pressure on Fisher and the Rams to keep Sam on the team.

That’s not exactly my source, but that was my take on things none the less.

It’s going to be a real hoot to watch “the first” fold like a $3 dollar Obama...

then watch the cat-fight over him being let go

He won't be "let go." No friggin' way... the pressure will be far too heavy to keep him in uniform.

Scott, you may be right. I doubt it. He may remain in the league, but my take is he won’t make it with the team that drafted him. He may be picked up once cut.

I’m no expert here, so I could be all wet. We’ll see.

It’s a sports league full of athletic men who enjoy performing fruity celebration dances after mundane plays, and has been for a while now. What did they think was going to happen?

"Sorry, coach. Can't play today. Sore rectum."

Thor was summoned to testify before Congress. Not knowing the ways of Washington, he met Barney Frank in a bar, and Barney invited Thor to spend the night. At the hearing the next day, Barney opened the hearing. "What is your name?" "I am mighty Thor!" Barney replied, "So am I big guy, but what is your name?"
