Actually, this hypothetical is a good exercise in that it is requiring us to re-evaluate our knowledge and belief about salvation and Jesus sacrifice for us. His sacrifice is solely for the descendants of Adam. If some other folks in some other universe is under some curse because thier “adam” sinned, then they too will have a savior. Except according to the bible there is only Jesus.

This begs many questions, some of which strike at whether there can be any other creatures in the known universe and our reality that need such a savior.

But more importantly, the discussion forces us to see what He says in His word about our salvation.

That is a good thing.
