nflshop shows a Sam jersey with #96 on it. That number is already assigned to Modine. Looks like it’s a fait accompli that Sam makes the 53 man roster.
No doubt there is a ‘quid pro quo’ deal between the Rams and the NFL...most likely to ease their move back to LA.
