I have heard that the House can have her arrested all by themselves. They should do that and keep her locked up until she talks.

Giving immunity guaranties she will never tell the truth, why would she? She would face no jail time or even the possibility of treason charges, which it appears to me she could well be charged with, along with abuse of power, and in the case private property was seized looks like theft by unlawful taking, if the seizure resulted from a political investigation.
