MA's "Reunification" Plan For Justina Pelletier Just A Political Ploy
Boston Herald ^

Posted on 05/07/2014 4:35:50 AM PDT by suspects

“Why can’t Justina just come home?”

Of course that’s the question Lou and Linda Pelletier are asking about the daughter taken from them more than a year ago. As a parent, isn’t it the question you’d ask?

That’s not the question the Patrick administration wants people asking in the Justina Pelletier case. They want you asking why Justina’s parents won’t just accept Health and Human Services Secretary John Polanowicz’s family reunification plan. The Patrick administration doesn’t want you asking parenting or medical questions. They’re handling Justina like a political issue.

How do I know? Because I saw Justina’s “reunion” plan before her family did.

Monday at 12:15 p.m., my email “pinged” with a message from Alec Loftus of Health and Human Services. Attached was a letter laying out the state’s reunification plan — sent to the media before it was given to the family.

And not just “the media” — but me — Michael Graham — the guy whose emails and phone calls the Patrick HHS has refused to return for weeks. Suddenly I’m getting my first-ever email from Polanowicz’s office, “pre-selling” me the deal before Lou and Linda Pelletier even see it?

This isn’t protecting children. It’s politics.

Massachusetts and the Patrick administration have gotten a national black eye from this story. Bay State voters may give their undying support to Democrat pols no matter what they do, but most of America isn’t as blindly partisan. The scenario of a sick girl snatched from her parents during a weekend hospital stay and kept for more than a year is shocking beyond the Massachusetts border.

Then there’s the bizarro reunification deal itself.

The state’s plan is to (finally) get Justina out of Massachusetts and back to...

“Who will put an end to this insanity?”

Hopefully Mike Huckabee. He’s sunk his teeth into this case like a pit bull. He has a segment about this on every week on his Sat/Sun night Fox Cable TV program. The case gets wide exposure this way, and Mike H. won’t stop until it gets resolved to the benefit of the girl’s parents and siblings. Huckabee has been great on this case. He will continue to shame MA and their idiotic liberal bureaucrats until they cry Uncle.

Seems off topic, but not really: The “Marriage Equity” issue (now temporarily settled, until society disintegrates) has a hidden motif, that the State seeks the absolute power to define who is, and isn’t, a parent, in spite of biological relationship.

Massachusetts has a record of pervasively unethical and devastating medico-legal abuse. The Amirault cases are in point. The sexual abuse case of Dr Bean-Bayog is another. Then there was the ludicrous John Mack also a Harvard psychiatrist who thought his patients had all been physically abducted by aliens.

Mass medicine is hazardous to your health.

No matter how incredibly wrong the Social Service people are, they will never admit it.

Was there informed consent?
Was there experimentation without it?

There has been experimentation on a minor with known
bad results .... and a medical/judicial coverup.
Dookhan-quality “medicine” that Mengele would approve.

In a just world, the doctors responsible at Children’s Hospital, DCS, and the cops would be brought up on kidnapping conspiracy charges.

This is a monumental tragedy, a truly horrific example of governmental overreach with a direct and immediate impact on a young girl and her family.

And, now the a$$hats in MA can only think about covering their own smarmy butts.

Man Up, MA! Do the right thing. Get out of this girl’s life and let her family resume her care, as it should be.

“”Hopefully Mike Huckabee””

Why did Megan Kelly drop the issue? Didn’t Judge Jeanine cover it in several shows also? Why has it disappeared from everywhere except Huckabee’s show?

Justina Pelletier Moved Back to Her Home State

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2014/05/12/justina-pelletier-moved-back-to-her-home-state/

In accordance with the plan laid out last week by Health and Human Services Secretary John Polanowicz, the 15-year-old was moved to JRI Susan Wayne Center for Excellence in Thompson, Connecticut, from Wayside Youth & Family Support Network in Framingham, Massachusetts. The new facility is a little more than an hour away from her family’s hometown of West Hartford — nearly the same distance as where she had been in Massachusetts. So while Justina is back in her home state, the new facility is not much closer for her parents, who have weekly visits.
