Funny. worked in a KFC during high school. Drained those J’s hundreds of times and never knew it was anything but smelly shortening full of extra crispy crunchies.

They didnt let us call it Grease, it was shortening before and after the frying. lol.

Funny. worked in a KFC during high school.

I worked at an burger place named "Super Giant(like a Diary Freeze) and I had the fun job of cleaning and changing the fryer.

To this day I can pass any quick food restaurant and tell whether or not they have changed their grease or they let it burn til it's almost black.

Can't get that stink out of my nostrils....
