I wouldn't infer that from the other comments. They seem (to my quick, imperfect scanning) to be addressing quite another question, namely politicized anti-Church targeting.

This is truly a factor.

That there should be higher standards for the Church should be beyond dispute. Of those to whom much has been given, much will be required.

If you asked that point blank, I think most people (of any church affiliation) would recognize that as true.
