Quite so. In both cases, federal officials and elected representatives with the constitutional power to do something about the evidence presented ... actually did something about it, albeit for the best of politically selfish reasons.
To date, that, as you ably point out, is the missing link in the CCP scenario. It is such a swell party in DC, that no one in either party really wants to know about this turd ... and numerous others ... in the administration's punch bowl.... at least until sometime in 2016 when they can appear suitably shocked and their indignation will know no bounds. Cool plan, GOP! Might work. Might not.

In all fairness, Carp, neither did we find out the last time how the universe was due to be shattered by the CCP ... nor the time before that. All we know now is what we knew 18 long months ago. I.E., that the paperwork is phony on the BC and the Draft Records. No doubt about it. Criminal forgery. Also no doubt about that it is not on the electorate's radar.
The question remains the same. "So, what happens now?"

Arpaio DID shatter the universe with proof that both the BC and selective service documents were cut and pasted (pdf layer evidence was muddy, imo) and Barry’s team did the “look squirrel” routine with the Bin Laden raid and the complicit MSM attacked Arpaio rather than Barry’s faked BC. Zullo claims that a Daubert-certified expert, Reed Hayes, has affirmed in a sealed court filing that Barry’s BC is forged and claims that even further as yet undisclosed evidence has been found that makes that conclusion even more irrefutable...to be revealed in a 2nd presser AFTER Arpaio does a 1st presser revealing the criminal charges against Barry.
So now the ball is back in Arpaio’s court to up the ante on producing the even more damning evidence of crimes by Barry, which remains to be seen. That is my take.
