I’m puzzled by this entire discussion.
It seems to me that large animals (horses, etc.) are calmly put down every day - without any problems as far as I’ve heard.
It seems to me that we’re creating a very complex process out of something that is rather commonplace & simple.
Am I missing something?

Liberals are involved.
So something that can be done simply and cleanly is being made into a huge complicated process with high chances of something not working as it should.
You know, like every other thing that liberals stick their mitts into.
