The NBA had evey right to do what they did.

For what, Words?!?!?! Maybe they had the right to do it, but it's a very slippery slope when people can lose a business due to words.

Yeah. My job can fine, suspend, perhaps even fire me due to words I speak. Private entities have rules. They have contracts. If you had a business and one of your employees turned away customers becuase of “words” you bet you’d try to get rid of them as well.

I draw a huge distinction between what a private business does and what government does. You can badmouth your employer all you want. You have that right. But don’t whine if you lose your job.
