By what agreement did he fork over his rights to these Friends-of-Barry such that their edicts could cost him any amount of money they declared he would need to pay?

Where does one get "justice" of this type, when the rest of us schmucks have spend years filing documents with the courts and going through legal process?

Oh, yeah, like the NCAA, "found guilty, punished anyway!"

he voluntarily joined the NBA and submits to their rules. the NBA does not have coercive authority, unlike the tyrants in washington
